  • A confidential assessment of your primary (relationships, career, spirituality and physical well being) and secondary (anything you eat) foods.
  • A strategic plan to improving your primary and secondary foods.
  • Meal planning, recipes and cooking lessons. I will also help you better organize your kitchen, take you on a tour of your favorite grocery to show you money-saving and healthier options, and be your guide if you decide to do a cleanse or new food plan.
  • Lifestyle recommendations to help you feel your optimum self such as specific exercises, relaxation methods, career-building and relationship-building techniques and personal development strategies.

Note: All sessions can take place at b.e.WELL's waterfront view space or at the location of your choosing. I am also available for group and corporate sessions and will accommodate your needs.
