I hold multiple certifications in several modalities, including Ashtanga, Prenatal, Therapeutic, Hot Yoga, Mommy and Me and Thai Yoga, as well as Pilates and Barre. Private instruction includes:

  • A one-on-one appointment to discuss your mind-body goals.
  • A strategic plan to achieve your goals—from targeting and toning particular parts of the body, to techniques to reducing cortisol and stress, to steps to equanimity.
  • A personalized yoga-Pilates-Barre sequence that addresses your specific needs.
  • All the needed gear—from Barre equipment, to yoga mats and blocks, to Pilates balls.

Note: All sessions can take place at b.e.WELL's waterfront view space or at the location of your choosing. I am also available for group and corporate sessions and will accommodate your needs.
